Motion to approve a Revocable License Agreement with Delray Beach Boxing, LLC (Delray Boxing) to host competitive boxing matches, sanctioned by the State of Florida Athletic Commission, known as "Blacksheep Fight Night" on October 8, 2022 at the Delray Beach Tennis Center (Tennis Center).

Background:
Delray Boxing has held two competitive boxing matches at the Tennis Center. The first "Blacksheep Fight Night" was held on September 10, 2021 and the second on January 8, 2022. Both ticketed events were charged a fee of $10,000.00 for use of the Tennis Center.
At the August 9, 2022 City Commission meeting, Parks and Recreation was asked to provide the costs and revenue associated with the event. Please see below table of anticipated costs and revenue expected.
