Background:
On August 4, 2022, the City of Palm Bay, Florida awarded Solicitation No. #40-0-2022/SM to Aquifer Maintenance & Performance Systems, Inc. The initial term of the agreement is for twelve (12) months effective August 8, 2022, through July 31, 2023, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
