Attached are the August 2022 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of August:
1. Redevelopment Projects - 98 N.W. 5th Avenue Renovation-Construction (GL #6208B)
a. A payment of $249,151 was made to Waypoint Contracting, Inc. for the renovation of the building.
b. A payment of $7,993.40 was made to Comcast for the relocation of the overhead utility lines to underground at 98 N.W. 5th Avenue.
