Discussion Regarding Meeting Dates for November and December of 2022

Discuss meeting dates for November and December 2022 and determine if a request(s) needs to be made to the City Manager to reschedule either date.

Background:
It is designated that the Public Art Advisory Board (PAAB) shall meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Any change to this date requires the approval of the City Manager. The PAAB is currently scheduled to meet on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, two days in advance of the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 24, 2022, and again on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, two days after Christmas Day, Sunday, December 25, 2022 and one day after Hanukkah ends on Monday, December 26, 2022. Given the closeness of the meeting dates to these holidays, a discussion should be held regarding potential attendance at these meetings and whether there is a need to reschedule one or both meetings to ensure a quorum will be present.
Timing of Request:
With the holidays approaching, the PAAB should determine if a reschedule is appropriate so there is time to request a change and properly schedule.
