Approve the Temporary Use Agreement (“Agreement”) with Wynn & Sons Environmental Construction Co., Inc. 

 

Body

Background:

Wynn & Sons Environmental Construction Co., Inc. (“Wynn & Sons”) is working with the City of Delray Beach on the Public Right-Of-Way Accessibility Improvements project.  Wynn & Sons has submitted a request to utilize 36 SW 6th Avenue (“Premises”) for parking and as a staging area for construction equipment.  The term date is between September 30, 2022 through December 31, 2022.  Wynn & Sons will install a fence along the perimeter of the Premises to prevent use by the general public.  Wynn & Sons shall re-sod, repair and/or replace any damaged curb, sidewalk and existing driveway of the Premises.

 

To allow the utilization of the CRA-owned properties for events, activities and staging area, a Temporary Use Agreement is required. 


At this time, Staff is requesting the Board to approve the Temporary Use Agreement with Wynn & Sons to use 36 SW 6
th Avenue as a parking and staging area.
