Background:
The City Commission requested an update on repairs/improvements to be made at the Delray Beach Historical Society (DBHS) Campus located at the northeast corner of North Swinton Avenue and Northeast 1st Street. The campus includes three buildings: Cason Cottage, the 1926 Bungalow, and the Hunt House. Conditions on the campus, including items requiring attention, were presented to the City Commission at their November 1, 2022 workshop meeting. This item is to present the issues to be addressed on the campus as agreed upon by the City and the DBHS. This includes all identified building and parking lot repairs, as well as drainage improvements.

Exact costs cannot be determined until fully analyzed by contractors, however sufficient funding exists in the FY 2022-23 budget for all listed repairs.
