Approve the Second Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Delray Beach for funding of Construction/Professional Services for Fiscal Year 2021-2022, in substantially the attached form.
Body
Background:
The City and the CRA entered into an Interlocal Agreement for the Funding of Construction/Professional Services for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 dated March 1, 2022. The City and the CRA entered into a First Amendment to the Original Agreement, dated August 9, 2022, to replace Exhibit “A” to accurately reflect amounts of funding provided for various projects. The City and the CRA desire to enter into this Second Amendment in order to amend Exhibit “A” to the Original Agreement to provide further adjustments based on actual project costs, in substantially the attached form.
Attached is the Second Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement reflecting the adjustments to project costs.
