Review and consider approving minutes of the Education Board's November 7, 2022 meeting

Background:
Unfortunately, the recording device utilized at the Education Board's November 7, 2022 meeting failed. Draft minutes were derived from the notes of the former Education Coordinator Cheryl Young-Moffett and the Board's Legal Liaison, Lawonda Warren. The Board will need to work with staff to fill in the names of the members whom seconded several motions and review the minutes for overall accuracy. Once these missing items are inserted, the Board is asked to approve the minutes.
