The Board is asked to review the working draft of the report and provide feedback to staff prior to the document's finalization.

Background:
City staff received required data from the school district staff and has begun the process to prepare this year's report. Several data bits are still in need of verification and thus the report has not yet been finalized pending this verification. Items that have not yet been verified or updated remain in the draft report as the items highlighted in yellow. School District staff has been responsive to our additional requests but do require a little more time to get back to us.
Several Education Board members had requested this information thus we wanted to provide as much of the report as possible while awaiting its finalization. The Board is asked for any input and/or feedback on the report which will be brought back to the Board upon its completion.
