Motion to approve Resolution No. 11-23 to award an agreement with Henry Schein Medical Inc in the estimated amount of $100,000, utilizing the Eagle County Health Services District RFB No. 2021-06.

Background:
The Fire Rescue Department has an ongoing need to purchase medical and first aid supplies on an as-needed basis. These medical supplies are used every day by the Fire-Rescue personnel to improve and save lives in and around our community.
The agreement term will start upon full execution of the agreement and will expire on November 7, 2024, with possible extensions to November 7, 2026.
Should the City exercise the renewal options provided in the Agreement, the cumulative Agreement value is provided below:
