Background:
Attached are the December 2022 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of December:
1. Tax Increment Financing - TIF- City of Delray Beach (G/L #4005) - Fiscal Year 2022-2023 revenue in the amount of $18,571,181 was received from the City of Delray Beach.
2. Tax Increment Financing - TIF- Palm Beach County (G/L #4010) - Fiscal Year 2022-2023 revenue in the amount of $13,439,006 was received from Palm Beach County.
3. Land Acquisition-Other (G/L #5610) - Payments were made to acquire properties on NW 8th Avenue:
• $232,196 - 250 NW 8th Avenue- Lots 1 & 32
• $417,601 - 250 & 256 NW 8th Avenue - Lots 30 & 31
4. 98 NW 5th Avenue Renovation-Construction (G/L #6208B) - A payment was made in the amount of $221,258 payable to Waypoint Contracting, Inc.
