Attached are the February 2023 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of January:
1. West Atlantic Development-Hatcher Construction Loan (G/L #5135) - A payment was made in the amount of $242,958 to Hatcher Construction & Development, Inc.
2. Support for Affordable Housing Initiative (G/L #6512) - A payment was made in the amount of $346,301 payable to the Delray Beach Community Land Trust.
