Approve the First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Delray Beach for funding of Construction/Professional Services for Fiscal Year 2022-2023, in substantially the attached form.

Background:
The City and the CRA entered into an Interlocal Agreement for the Funding of Construction/Professional Services for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 dated December 13, 2022. The City and the CRA desire to enter into this First Amendment in order to amend Exhibit “A” to the Original Agreement to provide further adjustments based on actual project costs, in substantially the attached form. More specifically, the CRA funding for the Osceola Park Neighborhood Improvements will increase from $1,150,000.00 to $1,407,971.43 or by an amount of $257,971.43. Attached is the First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement reflecting the adjustments to project costs.
