Approve the Amended Memorandum of Understanding between the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency and the Palm Beach County Commission on Ethics, in substantially the attached form.

Background:
The CRA and the Palm Beach County Commission on Ethics (“Commission on Ethics”) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 20, 2022 (“MOU”). The purpose of the MOU is to clearly identify the roles and responsibilities of the Commission on Ethics and the CRA as they relate to the implementation of the Palm Beach County Code of Ethics and the Palm Beach County Lobbyist Registration Ordinance.
The MOU was amended to include advisory committee members.
At this time, the Amended Memorandum of Understanding between the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency and the Palm Beach County Commission on Ethics, in substantially the attached form, is before the Board for approval.
