Attached are the November 2023 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of November:
1. NW/SW 5th Avenue Beautification-95 SW 5th Avenue Construction (G/L #6216B) - Construction draw # 7 in the amount of $164,608.92 was paid to Ahren Enterprises, Inc.
2. Redevelopment Sites - Property Taxes - (G/L # 6315) - Property tax payments were made totaling $255,166.94.
