Background:
In accordance with the City of Delray Beach Code of Ordinance, Section 34.03. - Notice of Elections, the Mayor (or Vice Mayor) shall by proclamation give notice of all elections and cause the proclamations to be published as follows:
For the first nonpartisan election, once each week in the two (2) weeks preceding the election. The Notice of Election Proclamation will be published in the Palm Beach Post on March 4, 2024 and March 11, 2024.
