Motion to Approve the License Plate Recognition Camera Program License Agreement between the City of Delray Beach and Palms of Delray, Inc.

Background:
This Agreement will provide the City access to place License Plate Recognition equipment in the area of the property belonging to Palms of Delray, Inc. The City shall be responsible for all installation and maintenance costs of the equipment. The placement and operation of the equipment shall be ongoing and continual until cancelled by either party under the terms of the license.
