Motion to approve and accept Hold Harmless Agreement in favor of the City due to owner SIR II Development, LLC., for constructing improvements within FDOT right-of-way which require installation of utilities, for the right-of-way abutting 235 SE 5th Ave. A utility permit from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is required as the City will be maintaining that part of the service within the FDOT right-of-way, FDOT requires the City sign a permit application.
