Consider the minor subdivision plat for the property located at 242 NW 6th Avenue.

Background:

Habitat for Humanity of South Palm Beach County has requested the subdivision of 242 NW 6th Avenue, for the purposes of constructing two single family homes.  The proposed lots conform to the development standards for the R-1-A Single Family Residential zoning district; no relief is requested. 

 

City Attorney Review:

Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
