Amend and approve the existing Paint-Up & Signage funding assistance agreement for Advanced Chiropractic of South Florida, Inc. for the proposed exterior painting and signage improvements at 104 SW 11th Avenue, within CRA sub-area #3, for an amount not to exceed $4,425.

Background:
At the June 10, 2021 CRA Board Meeting, the CRA Board approved a Paint-Up & Signage funding award to Advanced Chiropractic of South Florida, Inc., located at 104 SW 11 Avenue, within CRA sub-area #3.
An amendment is requested to reflect both exterior painting and signage as part of the scope of the project. The original approval and agreement only included painting.
Additionally, the amendment is requested to add the signage costs to the recommended award amount. The original funding recommendation did not include signage costs. The amended agreement will reflect the revised calculated recommended funding amount, which is calculated at 50% of the total of the lowest bids of the detailed cost estimates. As such, the recommended funded amount is $4,425.
