Motion to approve and accept a Hold Harmless Agreement, for property located at 802 SE 5th Ave, Property Control Number (PCN) 12-43-46-21-09-001-0210.

Background:
The Owner of Record 802 SE 5th Ave, LLC., is proposing construction improvements (installations of utilities and related improvements), within the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) State Right-Of-Way abutting 802 SE 5th Ave. As result a permit from FDOT is required.
City Attorney Review:
Approved to form and legal sufficiency.
Funding Source/Financial Impact:
There is no cost to the City now or in the future for this item.
Timing of Request:
Timing is of importance to allow the project to continue construction.
