Item A1 - The owner(s) of record Delray Apartments Venture, LLC., submitted a building permit # 24-216689 on February 15, 2024, for the subject property. The easement is required to allow access for inspection and maintenance of City's utilities.
There is no cost to the City now or in the future for this item.
