Reinstate and amend the terms of the funding agreement and extend the termination dates to the end of the year - December 31, 2020; and to allow the Executive Director to execute any additional amendments.

Background:
At the June 23, 2020 CRA Board Meeting, the CRA Board approved a Paint-Up & Signage funding award to Mr. Andrew Luchey, the owner of the properties located at 107-109 SW 9th Avenue and 822-824 SW 1st Street, both properties within CRA sub-area #8.
Mr. Luchey experienced some delays due to the unexpected COVID-19 pandemic. After the execution of the agreement it became difficult to secure the intended contractor. The project has since commenced. The original agreement termination date for Andrew Luchey was September 30, 2020. As the project is moving forward, staff is requesting the agreement be reinstated and the terms of the funding agreement amended to extend the termination date to the end of the year to December 31, 2020.
