Background:
Resolution 145-22 repeals Resolution 122-22 that was inadvertently executed and recorded. Resolution 122-22 approved an MDP and four related waivers associated with the project known as Delray Central. On August 9, 2022, the City Commission considered the appeal and remanded the matter to the Planning and Zoning Board for further consideration due to the proposed changes made by the applicant at the hearing. Resolution 122-22 did not accurately memorialize the intent of the City Commission and must be repealed.
