Background:
Attached are the August 2020 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of August:
1. Tax Increment Financing - TIF- City of Delray Beach (G/L #4005) - A payment of $24,130 was made to the City of Delray Beach as a result of a decrease in the final taxable value from the Palm Beach Property Appraiser’s office for FY 19-20.
2. Reimbursement-Other (G/L #4750) - A reimbursement of $47,120 was received from the City of Delray Beach for the SW Neighborhood Alleys project.
3. Downtown-DB-Master Plan- Transportation Services (G/L #5230) - Payments totaling $171,873 were made as follows:
• Freebee- $114,677
• First Transit- $57,196
4. Carver Square Neighborhood /Corey Isle Workforce Housing (G/L #6622) - A payment of $39,224 was made to Synalovski Romanik Say, LLC for architectural services.
5. Community Resource Enhancement/ A-Guide Funding - (G/L #7376) - A-GUIDE funding payments totaling $256,250 were made as follows:
• Delray Beach Historical Society- $31,250
• Delray Beach Public Library- $37,500
• Old School Square-$187,500
6. Administration/Operations- Capital Outlay (G/L #8405) - Payments totaling $25,171 were made to the City of Delray Beach for permit and impact fee for the Historic Wellbrock House.
