Background:
Attached are the November 2019 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of November:
1. Downtown-DB-Master Plan- Transportation Services (G/L #5230) - A payment in the amount of $48,463 was made to Freebee for November point to point transportation services.
2. Redevelopment Sites- Property Taxes (G/L #6315) - Payments in the amount of $58,902
were paid for property taxes.
3. Administration/Operations- Capital Outlay (G/L #8405) - Payments totaling $57,666 were made for renovations on the second CRA office that was moved.
