Item A1

Consider acceptance of Right of Way Dedications located at 1541 Catherine Dr.

The City is undertaking Project number 2020-001 to widen Catherine Drive into three (3) lanes to include a 15-foot inbound lane and an outbound 10-foot left turn lane. This project is being done in conjunction with the PBC Roadway department and the addition of a traffic signal at the referenced intersection. The requested Right of Way is required to widen the intersection at Catherine Dr to complete a traffic signal for the NE and NW corners at Catherine Drive.
