Background:
On April 14, 2017, the City advertised a Request for Qualifications No. 2017-048 for Continuing Engineering, Surveying, and Landscaping Architectural Consulting Services. Proposals were evaluated based upon the criteria in the RFQ. There were no significant clarifications or further explanations of qualifications needed by the committee for firms with scores within the competitive range after the initial technical evaluations.
