SERVICE AUTHORIZATION NO. 3 WITH CDM SMITH, INC. FOR DESIGN-BUILD CRITERIA PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR FIRE STATION No. 113 PROJECT.

Body
Recommended Action:
Recommendation
Motion to Approve Service Authorization No. 3 with CDM Smith, Inc. (CDM) in the amount not to exceed $147,248 for design-build criteria professional services for Fire Station No. 113 (Project No.16-012).

Walter Zackria & Associates completed the approved conceptual building and site plan illustrating a layout for the proposed Fire Rescue Station No. 113. Conceptual building plans will include a 2-story fire station design.

The City of Delray Beach is in the process of procuring a Design-Build Contract for the design and construction of Fire Station No. 113, planned to begin design in October 2018, with an anticipated completion date in December 2019 (14 month duration). The new fire station w...
