Board’s direction is requested concerning the evaluation format.

Background:
At the October 16, 2018, CRA Board Special Meeting, , the CRA Board conducted its first evaluation of the Executive Director’s performance. At the meeting, it was the consensus of the Board members to conduct the next Executive Director’s performance evaluation in May 2019.
Attached is the “CRA Executive Director Annual Evaluation” form for their review and use. The Board will also receive an emailed evaluation form in excel format to be completed and emailed to CRA Assistant Director, Renee Jadusingh (jadusinghr@mydelraybeach.com <mailto:jadusinghr@mydelraybeach.com>). The Board may discuss whether they want to use the form, or some other evaluation process.
