Approve the Third Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Delray Beach for funding of Construction/Professional Services for Fiscal Year 2018-19, substantially the attached form.

Background:
At the May 14, 2019 CRA Board meeting the Second Amendment to the CRA Budget was approved. CRA and City Staff met to assess whether any projects would be removed from the ILA exhibit to allow for additional Tax Increment Funds dollars to be available for other projects.
Attached is the Third Amendment to the ILA reflecting the changes, as well as other adjustments as explained in more detail below.
The following summarizes the above as well as modifications to the items listed in Exhibit “A” of the attached Interlocal Agreement, consistent with a pending Budget Amendment.
