Background:
Attached are the December 2020 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of December:
1. Tax Increment Financing - TIF- Palm Beach County (G/L #4010) - Fiscal Year 2020-2021 revenue in the amount of $11,082,261 was received from Palm Beach County.
2. Areawide & Neighborhood Plans- Land Acquisitions- Other (G/L #5610) - A property located at 704 SW 4th Street was purchased for $251,956.
3. Redevelopment Projects - Carver Square Neighborhood- Corey Isle Workforce Housing (G/L #6622) - Payments totaling $512,428 were paid for Corey Isle Workforce Housing Project.
