Background:
The is the first of two required public hearings for the adoption of the budget for the City of Delray Beach for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 and ending on September 30, 2022. The budget appropriations are set forth in Exhibit A of the attached Resolution No. 141-21. The proposed budget for the City of Delray Beach sets the proposed operating millage rate at 6.6611 mills and the debt service millage at 0.1792 mills.
Timing of Request:
This is the first of two required public heading. The second public hearing will be held on September 23, 2021.
