Motion to approve and accept Hold Harmless Agreement in favor of the City.

Background:
GB1177, LLC, is the fee simple owner of 1177 George Bush Boulevard. The agent for GB1177, Seaside Builders, LLC, has requested approval to remove and replace the fixed license plate recognition system located at the intersection of George Bush Boulevard and Andrews Avenue as part of the project known as “1177 Moderne.” There would be no cost to the City. This agreement indemnifies and holds the City and its agents harmless during the process of replacement and relocation.
