Background:
Attached are the September 2021 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of September:
1. Downtown-DB-Master Plan- NE 3rd St/Avenue Improvement (CIP) (G/L #5251) - A payment of $1,8421843 was made to the City of Delray Beach for the NE 3rd St/Avenue Improvements.
2. Osceola Neighborhood Plan/Osceola Park Neighborhood (CIP) (G/L #5510) - A payment of $4,6022,790 was made to the City of Delray for the Osceola Park Neighborhood project.
3. Other- Pompey Park Master Plan (CIP) (G/L #5661) - A payment of $2,453,616 was made to the City of Delray for the Pompey Park Master Plan.
4. Redevelopment Sites- A-GUIDE Funding- DBCLT (G/L #6535) - An A-GUIDE payment in the amount of $57,404 paid to the Delray Beach Community Land Trust.
5. Community Resource Enhancement-A-Guide Funding (G/L #7376) - A-GUIDE payments totaling $770,750 were made to the following for the third and fourth quarter payments:
• Arts Garage - $68,750
• Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce - $10,000
• Delray Beach Historical Society - $18,750
• Delray Beach Public Library - $110,750
The CRA has accrued the second, third and fourth quarter payment for Old School Square in the amount of $562.500 and no payments have been released without Board approval.
