Background:
Attached are the February 2022 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of February:
1. Revenue- Land Sales (G/L#4060) - Carver Square property was sold to Pulte Homes for $194,087.
2. Downtown-DB-Master Plan- Transportation Services (G/L #5230) - A payment of $33,463 was made to Freebee for point-to-point transportation services.
3. Redevelopment Sites- A-GUIDE Funding- DBCLT (G/L #6535) - A payment in the amount of $48,204 was made to the Delray Beach Community Land Trust.
4. Economic Development - A-GUIDE Funding (G/L #7376) - The following A-GUIDE quarterly payments totaling $124,000 were made as follows:
• Arts Garage- $68,750
• Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce- $10,000
• Delray Beach Historical District- $18,750
• Spady Museum (EPOCH)- $26,500
