Update on the CRA-owned property located at 805 West Atlantic Avenue.

Background:
The CRA-owned property located at 805 West Atlantic Avenue (Remediation Site) is currently undergoing environmental remediation. CRA staff recently had a meeting with Palm Beach County staff members and the environmental consultant tasked with ongoing monitoring of the Remediation Site.
At this time, CRA staff is bringing this item before the CRA Board for an update of the status of the remediation.
