Background:
The abandonment of the utility easement is related to the development of the property, subject to the approved Master Development Plan (MDP) and Plat for 79 single family homes known as the Enclave at Sherwood. The utility easement is related to the cart barn and clubhouse associated with the previous golf course use, and the approved development does not require utility service at this location.
