Review and consider Resolution No. 143-22, abandoning a portion of a drainage easement at 810 Andrews Avenue.

Background:
The applicant has requested the abandonment of a drainage easement. The request has been reviewed by Engineering, and it has been determined that granting of the abandonment will not result in a detriment for the provision of utility services to adjacent properties or the general area. However, a utility easement is required for a portion of the same area, and the acceptance of a general utility easement is a companion item for simultaneous consideration.

Resolution No. 143-22 has been reviewed as to form and legal sufficiency.
