Background:
Attached are the October 2020 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of October:
1. Reimbursement-Other (G/L #4750) - The Delray Beach Community Land Trust (DBCLT) was invoiced $10,063 for Palm Manors Apartments (managed by the DBCLT) property insurance expense.
2. Downtown-DB-Master Plan- Transportation Services (G/L #5230) - A payment in the amount of $33,463 was made to Freebee for point-to-point transportation services.
3. Corey Jones Isle Workforce Housing Development- (G/L #6622) - Payments made for permits and miscellaneous items totaled $67,335 for Corey Jones Isle Housing Development.
