Background:
Attached are the March 2021 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of March:
1. Downtown-DB-Master Plan- Transportation Services (G/L #5230) - A payment of $33,463 was made to Freebee for point-to-point transportation services.
2. Redevelopment Sites-Property Insurance (G/L #6310) - A payment in the amount of $27,323 was made to Florida Municipal Insurance Trust.
3. Corey Jones Isle Workforce Housing Development (G/L #6622) - Payments totaling $692,824 were made to the following:
• Delray Beach Community Land Trust- $658,524
• Pasquale Kuritzky Architecture Inc.- $34,300
4. Community Resource Enhancement- Economic Development Incentives (G/L #7415) - Payments totaling $80,662 were made to the following:
• International Materials, LLC (Job Creation Bonus Program) - $37,500
• KCMCL Pineapple Grove, LLC (Hyatt Place Hotel) (Development Infrastructure Assistance Program) - $43,162
5. Economic Development Initiative-International Tennis Tournament- (G/L #7470) - A payment in the amount of $905,000 was made to the City of Delray Beach.
