Background:
Attached are the March 2022 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of March:
1. West Atlantic Redevelopment- NW 600 Block (G/L #5123) -A loan in the amount of $1,400,000 Real Estate Leasehold Construction loan and a draw was made in the amount of $279,287.
2. Osceola Park Neighborhood (CIP) (G/L #5510) - A payment of $642,052 was made to the City of Delray Beach for the project.
3. Community Imp & Economic Development- CRA Grant Programs (G/L #7335) - Grant payments that total $46,696 to the following:
• Moon & Flower Coffee House- $2,085
• Advanced Chiropractic of South Florida- $18,742
• Premier Virtual, LLC- $15,500
• Stuart Architecture, LLC- $10,369
4. Community Imp & Economic Development- A-GUIDE Funding (G/L #7335) - A quarterly payment of $104,500 was made to the Delray Beach Public Library.
5. Community Imp & Economic Development- International Tennis Tournament (G/L #7470) - A payment of $905,000 was made to the City of Delray Beach.
