Background:
Attached are the May 2022 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of May:
1. Areawide & Neighborhood Plans- N.W. 600 Block (G/L #5123)-
• A loan draw payment of $273,828 was made payable to Hatcher Construction, Inc.
2. Redevelopment Projects- 98 N.W. 5th Avenue Renovation Construction (G/L #6208B)-
• A payment of $243,887 was made payable to Waypoint Contracting, Inc.
3. Community Improvements & Economic Development - A-GUIDE Funding (G/L #7376) - Quarterly payments for a total of $241,000 were made as follows:
• Arts Garage (CCC)- $68,750
• Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce- $10,000
• Delray Beach Historical Society- $18,750
• Delray Beach Public Library- $117,000
• Spady Museum (EPOCH) - $26,500
4. Capital Outlay- (G/L #8405)-
• A payment of $118,784 was made payable to Waypoint Contracting, Inc. for the renovation of the Wellbrock House 22 N. Swinton Avenue
