Motion to approve Resolution No. 111-22 to AWARD AN Agreement to Pipeline Plumbing Services of Broward, Inc. for plumbing maintenance and repair services in the estimated amount $1,121,800, and authorize the City Manager to exercise renewal options, in the amounts below, contingent upon appropriation of funds.

Background:
On April 15, 2022, the city advertised ITB No. 2022-020 for Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services. Three proposals were received from the following companies: Supreme Roofing & Construction, Pipeline Plumbing Services, and Green Team Plumbing LLC. The proposals were evaluated based upon the criteria in the ITB and Staff is recommending Pipeline Plumbing Services as they are the lowest bidder. Pipeline Plumbing Services submitted annual costs of $224,600 based on the City's estimates in the ITB of plumbing services and parts requirements. Because repairs are unpredictable in nature, staff is requesting approval of $224,600 to cover the estimated amount in their proposal. The Agreement term is for three years with two, one-year options to renew.
