Background:
Attached are the June 2022 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of June:
1. Areawide & Neighborhood Plans- Transportation Services (G/L #5230)-
• A payment of $66,927 was made to Freebee.
2. Redevelopment Projects- 98 N.W. 5th Avenue Renovation Construction (G/L #6208B)-
• A payment of $30,262 was made payable to Waypoint Contracting, Inc.
3. Redevelopment Projects - Support for Affordable Housing Initiatives (G/L #6512) -
• A payment of $1,000,000 was made payable to the Delray Beach Housing Authority for funding the Island Cove Apartments project.
4. Capital Outlay- (G/L #8405)-
• A payment of $125,025 was made payable to Waypoint Contracting, Inc. for the renovation of the Wellbrock House 22 N. Swinton Avenue.
