Motion to Approve the updated wages, salary and authorization of new pay grade structure.

Background:
In order to restore and maintain a fair, equitable, and market competitive pay plan for all City employees, the City issued a RFP and awarded a contract to Management Advisory Group ( MAG) to conduct a complete review of the wages, salary , and pay plan structure for all general employees. The review yielded a recommendation for the wages, salary, and grades to be updated.
